October 5th: PA Day
Library Books
Remember library days are Mondays. Only those students who return a book are permitted to sign out a new one.
Gym Days
Our Gym days are Monday and Thursday. Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately.
Special Arrangements:
If you have made arrangements for your child's pick up that are different from their regular routine, please send a note in their agenda or let the office know to ensure your child's safety. When possible, please make sure that your child is aware of these arrangements as well. If you need to pick your child up early for an unforeseen reason, please check in at the office and have them call the classroom.
Absences:
If your child is going to be absent from school or late, please call the absence check line. If your child arrives late you will be expected to sign them in at the office.
Communicating:
Some of the ways that you can be kept informed of what we do in the classroom are: student agenda, scheduled interview times, open house evenings, school newsletters and school and classroom web sites. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me by phone or by email at any time.
Agenda
Agendas will be sent home every day and must be brought back to school every morning. All newsletters, student work, notes, etc. will be in their agenda. I will check them for notes from home each day. Please check and initial your child's agenda each night for important school information, teacher notes, and student work.
Food for Lunch/Snack
Please remember Captain R. Wilson Public School is a nut-free zone! We have many students in the school and in our class with severe allergies.
